Summary information

During her MSc degree, Amina Ramadhani Issae researched on Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of Dog Owners on the Risks Associated with Dogs parasites in Mvomero District and Morogoro Municipality, Tanzania with the aim of improving awareness creation and control strategies.Going forward, Amina’s research focus at the SUA Pest Management Centre will major in vector-borne zoonotic diseases originating from rodents and other small mammals.


Amina R. Issae is a recent employee at the Sokoine University, Pest Management Centre (SPMC). She holds a Bachelor degree in Veterinary Medicine and a Masters degree in Public health and Food safety from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
