B. HIRE AND RETURN OF GOWNS
All Graduands are informed that hiring fee for a Graduation gown is Tshs 40,000/= (non-refundable) and this fee must be made through CRDB or NMB Branches after getting Control Numbers accessed through students SUASIS Account.  Graduates should note that deadline for returning all the hired gowns to the  University shall be Monday 25th November, 2019  from 08.00 am to 6.00 pm  and  Tshs 20,000/= per day shall be charged as a penalty for each gown to be  returned late.

C. COLLECTION OF GRADUATION GOWNS AND PARTICIPATION IN REHEARSAL
Graduation Gowns will be collected by Graduands on Wednesday 20th   November, 2019 and Thursday 21st November, 2019 from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Participation in rehearsal for Graduands is mandatory and it will be held on Graduation ceremony day (Friday 22nd November, 2019) from 08:00 am to 10.00 am at the “Nelson Mandela Freedom Square”, Solomon Mahlangu Campus, Mazimbu.  Graduands who will not take part in the rehearsal shall not be allowed to participate at the Graduation Ceremony, regardless of their presence.  
Likewise, graduands who have not settled their outstanding fees and other related costs are being encouraged to settle their debts immediately, through the Account number indicated in item “B” of this announcement before Graduation day.

D. PRIZE AWARDING CEREMONY
Continuing students and Graduands are also informed that Prize Awarding Ceremony for those who excelled in various subjects and outstanding students leadership will be held on Thursday 21st November, 2019 at the Council Chamber, Main Campus, from 08:30 am to 10.30 am. Names of all Awardees have been published in SUA website (www.sua.ac.tz).

E. THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SUA CONVOCATION
The SUA Alumni Members are informed that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the SUA Convocation will be held on Thursday 21st  November, 2019  from 11.00 am, at the “Multipurpose Hall,” Main Campus and later Convocation Luncheon from  1.30 pm, at the same venue. 
The SUA Convocation Luncheon Guest Speaker will be Mr. Terito Sekayene Medeye, Managing Director G.T Medics E.A Ltd. 

Mr. Terito is SUA Alumni, Graduate of BSc. Biotechnology & Laboratory Science (BLS) in 2007.
