The Bureau of Business Development and Consultancy (AB-Consult) under The School of Agricultural Economics and Business (SAEBS) wishes to invite the Sokoine University of Agriculture community (academic & non-academic staff and students) and all members of the public to a Public lecture on two innovative ideas: Monitoring and Evaluation Data Quality Assessment (DQA) using Mchumi Approach and Mchumi Diagram. The Mchumi Diagram is innovative illustration which helps to instil entrepreneurship SKILLS and SPIRIT dubbed double S factor.

ABOUT SPEAKER

Dr Isaack is Programme Management Specialist with long working experience in private & public sectors and international organizations including United Nations.    

He is Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with strong skills in results framework and project intervention logic. Isaack has experience developing and managing robust operational monitoring & Evaluation systems for country and regional projects and programmes. He has practical experience in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as he taught entrepreneurship and was Co-Founder and Director of a capacity building enterprise that taught over 50,000 youths. Dr Isaack has eleven publications including a 200-pages book on Determinants of Rural Household Saving in Tanzania. His international experience spans in sixteen countries in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Currently, he is Monitoring & Evaluation Manager supporting post- harvest management project “Yieldwise” of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) implemented by Centre for Sustainable Development Initiatives (CSDI). Dr Isaack is Tanzanian living in Dar Es Salaam with family.
