Dr. Alcardo Barakabitze is a former MSCA Fellow in the School of Computing, Dublin City University, Ireland. Dr. Barakabitze completed his PhD in Computing and Communication from the School of Science and Engineering at the University of Plymouth, UK. His PhD thesis was titled “Quality of Experience (QoE) control and management of multimedia services in software defined and virtualized networks”.
