During his opening remarks, Professor Muhairwa encouraged the staff to continue fulfilling their duties and responsibilities to the best of their abilities, because, as guardians and advisors to the students, they have been a key element in solving the many challenges the students face.

He told them that they play a crucial role in communicating information and decisions made by the university management to the students, so he asked them to keep up their excellent reputation and efforts in looking after all students more closely and managing their well-being on campus, helping them succeed in academic and social life.

He concluded by asking all staff and employees to remain attentive, considerate, self-respecting, patient, creative, fair, neat, confidential, and capable of quick and productive decisions. Thus, students will be able to freely express themselves in front of them, and they will receive the help they need in a shorter timeframe.
