The initial agreement took place on February 11, 2020 at the SUA Main Campus which involved Banat University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sorin Stanciu, Deputy Principal of Agriculture, Dr. Laura Smuleac and Director in charge of Romania's Foreign Cooperation Issues and Leaders Dr.

The training, which aimed at providing knowledge and skills for production of catfish fingerings, was conducted from 30th September to 5th October 2019.
