The programme will allow the graduate to venture into further expertise and career progression indifferent postgraduate courses that are related to Biology and/or Chemistry fields.

Students who graduate from this program should be able to:

  1. Teach chemistry and biology subjects in secondary schools
  2. Effectively manage schools and perform other administrative duties.
  3. Advice and participate in the formulation of educational curricular in the areas of Chemistry and Biology.
  4. Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques in addressing educational sector problems.

Prepare to become a competent educator in life Sciences.

 

Two principal passes (4 points) in Chemistry and Biology OR Diploma in Education with a GPA of not less than 3.0 or its equivalent from recognized colleges passed at credit level or above, and four passes in relevant science subjects at O-level at O-level (Out of the four subjects Chemistry and Biology must have been passed at credit level).
