This Diploma produces competent personnel able to create, maintain, use and dispose records economically and efficiently. These diploma graduates are registry, records and archive managers with internationally acceptable practice and professional conduct, and excellent ICT skills to enhance access and archiving of information in the contemporary world
ABOUT PROGRAMME
LEARNING OUTCOME
By the end of the programme, students should able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of key concepts, principles, and theories in records, archives and information management
- Be able to manage registries, records centres and archival institutions.
- Be able to use relevant ICTs to manage records and archives
Join and learn to identify, collect and manage the items & components for knowledge centres.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Two Principal passes (2 points) in Biology, Agriculture, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Nutrition or Advanced Mathematics; OR Technician Certificate in Beekeeping, Forestry, Wildlife Management, Tourism, Agriculture, Tourism and Tour guiding, Tour Guiding and Safety Management, Wildlife Tourism, Forest Industry Technology, Crop Production, Horticulture, Wildlife Management and Law Enforcement, or any other related fields and four passes in Biology or Chemistry and any other subjects
