This Diploma produces competent personnel able to  create, maintain, use and dispose records  economically  and efficiently. These diploma graduates are registry, records and archive managers with internationally acceptable practice and professional conduct,  and excellent ICT skills to enhance access and archiving of information in the contemporary world

LEARNING OUTCOME

By the end of the programme, students should able to: 

  1. Demonstrate understanding of key concepts, principles, and theories in records, archives and information management 
  2. Be able to manage registries, records centres and archival institutions.
  3. Be able to use relevant ICTs to manage records and archives

Join and learn to identify, collect and manage the items & components for knowledge centres.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A-Level Certificate with at least one Principal Pass in one of the following Subjects: Mathematics/ Physics/ Bi- ology/ Chemistry/ Science and Practice of Agriculture/ Geography/ Economics, Commerce/ History/ English/ French and Kiswahili OR Certificate in Records/ Office Management or relevant disciplines with a minimum of Second Class and O-level passes in at least three subjects.

Tshs 900,000 per year
