During the field excursion, the students discussed opportunities and challenges of agroforestry technologies promoted for land rehabilitation and for building resilient and productive agricultural systems in dryland areas.

The blood donated today is the one received from volunteers at the Edward Moringe Sokoine Memorial Week event which was held at the Sokoine University of Agriculture main campus grounds from May 24 to May 27, 2021.

The event took place on Saturday 29 May 2021 at the Solomon Mahlangu Campus grounds in Mazimbu Morogoro and was graced by the Resident Medical Officer and Head of Hospital Department Dr. Omar Kasuwi
