Continuing Students Missing In the 2017- 2018 Batch I Loan Allocation for SUA Students Receiving Loan From HESLB

To all students,

This is to inform you that students’ loans desk has received 2017/18 Quarter I loan allocations for SUA students receiving sponsorship from HESLB. The allocations concerned are already posted in the Students Loan Matters link within the Sokoine University of Agriculture website.
 

It should be noted that the continuing students’ loan allocations received from HESLB are for those student who passed July 2017 UE examinations.
 

Therefore if you are a beneficiary of students’ loan offered by HESLB and have passed JULY 2017 UE examinations but your name is not appearing in these allocations please contact the Sokoine University of Agriculture Students’ Loan Office (during working hours) for assistance.

First and Second batch of students selected to join undergraduate degree programmes for the academic year 2017/2018

The following applicants have been selected to join various degree programmes for 2017/2018 academic year which commences on the 30th October, 2017.

Prospective Students are advised to observe the following:

  1. All candidates selected to join BSc. Environmental Science and Management, BSc. Education, Bachelor  of Tourism Management, BSc. Agricultural Education, Bachelor of Rural Development, BSc. Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, BSc. Applied Agricultural Extension, BSc. Range Management and BSc. Informatics, should report at the Solomon Mahlangu Campus (SMC) at Mazimbu directly from Msamvu bus terminal.
     
  2. Prospective students selected to join the rest of the degree programs should report to the SUA Main Campus (MC).
     
  3. All new students are required to participate in a mandatory orientation programme planned to starts on Monday, 30th October 2017.
     
  4. All admitted students should download admission letters and invoice at www.suasis.suanet.ac.tz  through their SUASIS (SUA Student Information System) account. SUASIS can be accessed using the username and password provided to you during application.
     
  5. Each student Must upload a recent and high quality passport size photo on their web page before arrival for official use. This must be of the same quality as those used for passports or Identity cards.
     

Students with multiple admissions: Second round

Sokoine University of Agriculture wishes to inform the following prospective students with multiple admissions to confirm their readiness to join SUA by writing through our email confirmation@suanet.ac.tz.

Please only write the following text in your email communication “I……… (Full name) confirm that I will join SUA. My form 4 index No. is (S…./…../……) eg. S1234/1234/2001. 

Please send a confirmation only if SUA is the only University of your choice
. Failure to confirm by Thursday 19th October, 2017 will lead to cancellation of your name from our list of potential candidates to join SUA in 2017/18 academic year.
