Professor Ngaga delivered the message while speaking after receiving the excellent leadership award from the College of Forestry, Wildlife and Tourism in recognition of his exceptional leadership, service and performance as SUA Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration and Finance) from 2014 to 2018
